Family Sessions

My favourite part of being a family photographer is that you just can't really plan for it - you have no idea how the children are going to behave on the day.  And that's OK!  They may give the biggest smiles you've ever seen or they'll walk off refusing to participate.  Either way, I'll be there to capture both and I just love the range of images these shoots provide.    

 

The families who book me to capture these moments are those who enjoy candid photography.  Yes, there will be a few group photos in the mix, but the majority will be you interacting with one another and just enjoying the moment.   

Each session is different and it will all depend on where you choose to have your family photographed.  Will the children enjoy exploring during a family walk or playing at a local park?  We have plenty of options around Shropshire!  Others stay at home and want me to capture life in general around the house and garden. 

 

Either way, you've got to be willing to have a bit of a laugh, let the session unravel organically, remove any pressures and just enjoy the experience!
